(Q) How do I obtain a no obligation free quote for catering services?

(A) Contact Jonas Cuschieri or Barry Doneley on (02) 9411 1144 and we will arrange a mutually beneficial time to meet and discuss in depth your requirements.


(Q) Is it a lengthy process changing from our incumbent caterer to Catering Industries?

(A) No. Our professional senior managers work together with you to ensure a smooth transition between caterers so there are no disruptions in service to customers or residents. We enforce an agreed implementation plan that ensures a smooth transition of services.


(Q) If I appoint Catering Industries as my caterer, will you bring in your own staff to run the operation?

(A) In an existing operation where there is a transition of services under Catering Industries management, we work with our clients to identify staff who they would like to remain. We then interview these staff members and if they have the experience and aptitude, we will encourage them to come onto our payroll and stay at the operation. 


(Q) Will Catering Industries undertake responsibilities for cleaning, laundry and grounds maintenance? 

(A) We are professional caterers – therefore we only manage your catering operations.  We can recommend a market leader in the industry to manage your cleaning, laundry and grounds maintenance operations.
 


(Q) Will you cater for my son’s 21st birthday party?

(A) Unfortunately NO. We are contract caterers and do not provide catering solutions for private functions.  Fell free to contact us and we can point you in the direction of a suitable supplier.
