Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparation of quality home style, nutritious meals
- Supervision of kitchen and service staff.
- Menu planning and production.
- Financial responsibility of food cost and labour
- Client liaison
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- Formal Trade Qualifications.
- A passion for creating nutritious home style meals.
- An understanding of HACCP principles, Food Safety, Quality Assurance Procedures and OH&S.
- Attention to detail.
- Outstanding leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to multi task.
- Flexibility and reliability.
Ideally you would have previous experience working in a an Aged Care facility.
