We at Catering Industries have long recognised that our staff and their talents are the most important asset we have.

To further develop the skill base of our staff, our National Training Manager  conducts internal training courses, which are mandatory, and we encourage and support interested staff to attend selected external training programmes.

Apprentice Chefs are employed in suitable locations and Hospitality Traineeships form part of our successful staff development programme.

Internal Training commences on day one with induction, which is carried out progressively over a five day period with the aid of the Catering Industries Staff Hand Book and Job Descriptions, which outline the requirements and responsibilities of the position.

Staff Performance Appraisals and on-going Tool Box meetings are a valuable informative assessment tool, which we use as required to encourage continuous improvement amongst our staff.

Unique within the industry, all members of our Operations Team are qualified chefs. In reality, our clients are dealing with food focused professionals, which gives them peace-of-mind that their food service is being managed at an expert level.
